Your Chi Ball will naturally soften over time and with continuous use. To speed up the break-in process, you can squish the ball in your hands or under your feet by stepping on it, then reshape it into it's original ball shape.
-
The best way to ensure a long life of flow-state inducing joy from your Chi Ball is to keep it dry. The Chi Balls can handle a bit of moisture but don't like getting wet in general.
If your Chi Ball becomes saturated (by falling in a body of water or playing in the rain, for example) we recommend you cease playing with it and give it a chance to dry out.

The Chi Ball is made of natural, biodegradable material. When it reaches end of life, simply add it to your compost pile to return it back to the soil from which it came from.
Then order a new Chi Ball to keep the fun alive!
